The Minuets

This form is found in pieces from many different styles and it is not limited to baroque music. Not all parts need to be subdivided. A compound ternary piece can have only one of its parts subdivided.

Listen to both minuets. After Minuet II (in G minor) is played, Minuet I is played again without repeats:
